999 Taka's Terms & Conditions – Your Rights & Responsibilities

999 taka (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service. By using the website or mobile app, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

Users must be at least 18 years old to register with 999 taka. Anyone under this age is not permitted to register or participate in any games.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to submit one of the following documents:

• Valid passport
• Driving license
• Recent utility bill (for address verification)

Without completed KYC verification, withdrawals above a certain amount or large deposits may be restricted. The verification process typically takes 24–72 hours.

999 taka supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳50
• Deposits are usually processed instantly
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
• Payments through third parties are strictly prohibited

For withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
• Processed within a maximum of 1 hour for KYC-verified accounts
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus winnings

999 taka regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before acceptance. General bonus rules:

• Welcome bonus: Applicable on first deposit only, redeemable once
• Wagering: Bonus funds must be wagered at a specified multiplier (x5–x30) before withdrawal
• Validity: Each bonus has a specific validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only redeemable on specific games
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at a time

If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the relevant bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on 999 taka:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash out feature applies)
• If a match is cancelled before it begins for any reason, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• 999 taka accepts no liability for bets not placed due to connectivity issues during live betting
• 999 taka reserves the right to void any bet placed on clearly erroneous odds
• Match fixing or betting based on insider information is strictly prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999 taka and may result in permanent account closure:

• Managing multiple accounts
• Creating or operating an account under someone else's identity
• Betting or gaming using bots or automated software
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
• Fraudulent collusion with other users
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward platform staff
• Claiming promotions or bonuses using false information

999 taka believes that betting and gaming are a form of entertainment, not a source of income. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

• Deposit limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Session time limit: Set a time limit for how long you play
• Voluntary break: Temporarily suspend your account for up to 30 days at any time
• Permanent exclusion: Permanently self-exclude from the platform whenever you need to

Before an account is closed, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance; however, balances may be forfeited in cases involving prohibited activity.

2. You will receive an initial response within 72 hours
3. Complex cases will be resolved within a maximum of 14 business days

In the event of a dispute over betting results, server logs and official match records will be treated as the final authority.
